Academic Calendar for 2021/2022
The winter semester starts from 01.10.2021 and lasts until 28.02.2022 and in its frame the following dates are emphasized:
01.10.2021 – 21.12.2021 teaching classes
22.12.2021 – 09.01.2022 Christmas holidays
10.01.2022 – 03.02.2022 teaching classes
04.02.2022 – 14.02.2022 examination session
15.02.2022 – 28.02.2022 inter-semester break
till 05.03.2022 re-sit examination session
The summer semester starts from 01.03.2022 and lasts until 30.09.2022 and in its frame the following dates are emphasized:
01.03.2022 – 12.04.2022 teaching classes
13.04.2022 – 19.04.2022 Easter holidays
20.04.2022 – 27.06.2022 teaching classes
28.06.2022 – 05.07.2022 examination session
till 16.09.2022 re-sit examination session
Additional free days from didactic studies in the summer semester – 02.05.2022, 15.06.2022, 17.06.2022
Extension of Stay
If you would like to extend your stay for another semester – notify your Coordinator at home and ask them to send your nomination for the next semester.
Prepare a During the Mobility, obtain the signatures and send it to our office at [email protected] (or bring it to 55-57 Toruńska st., room 304B). You don't need to prepare the Application Form again.
You will receive a new Acceptance Letter which will allow you to prolong your visa or obtain a new one (if necessary).
It is important that you notify us as soon as possible but no later than 15th of January.
Accommodation
We provide our students with a possibility to stay in a dormitory. We cooperate with two dormitories:
Dormitories Kaliskiego st. no 12 and 14 in Bydgoszcz. The rooms available are single or 2-person rooms with the showers and kitchen on the floor for the price of 750PLN for single room and 500-550PLN for double room per month (All bills included).
If you would like to stay at the dormitory please fill in the Temporary Residence Form and send it to our email.
