Aims and scope
The aim of the periodical is to create a forum for the exchange of views and comments on legislative solutions in individual branches of law, as well as for historical and theoretical reflection on law. We publish materials in the field of constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, civil law, economic law, public international law, European Union law, as well as the history of law, Roman law, the history of political and legal doctrines and legal theory. The periodical is also a place enabling the publication of comparative materials, in particular concerning the comparison of Polish and foreign legal institutions, as well as in the field of forensics, criminology, penitentiary sciences and legal aspects of internal security. The authors of the publications may be representatives of the legal science, as well as practitioners, as well as doctoral students and outstanding students (scientific debuts). We publish articles, glosses, opinions, case studies, sources of foreign law and foreign jurisprudence with comments, as well as reviews and reports on scientific events and varia (in particular from the border of legal sciences and other social sciences). Articles can be published both in Polish and in English. Sources of foreign law and foreign jurisprudence with commentaries are published in Polish.
