Cel główny projektu:
Celem głównym projektu jest zapewnienie pełnej dostępności KPSW dla potrzeb OzN zgodnie ze standardem mini w okresie od 01.01.2021r. do 31.12.2022r.
Celem głównym projektu jest zapewnienie pełnej dostępności KPSW dla potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami zgodnie ze standardem mini w okresie do końca 2022 r. Uczelnia planuje wdrożyć koncepcję dostosowania do potrzeb OzN wieloobszarowo, uwzględniając aspekt dydaktyczny, architektoniczny, integracyjny i mentalny. Projekt przewiduje wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podnoszenie świadomości i kompetencji kadry uczelni z zakresu niepełnosprawności poprzez realizację działań mających na celu zapewnienie przez uczelnię dostępności komunikacyjnej, administrowanych stron internetowych, narzędzi informatycznych, procedur wewnętrznych w kształceniu na poziomie wyższym, wprowadzenie do programów kształcenia modyfikacji zapewniających ich dostępność dla studentów z niepełnosprawnościami oraz działań z zakresu dostępności architektonicznej. Będzie to uzyskane m.in. dzięki: pracom adaptacyjnym w architekturze i infrastrukturze Uczelni, opracowaniu serwisu www uczelni z uwzględnieniem zasad WCAG, w tym zawierającego wyodrębnione w skonsolidowanej formie, jako podstrukturę, informacje związane z ofertą kierowaną do OzN, opracowaniu strategii działania całego środowiska studenckiego w kierunku integracji studenta niepełnosprawnego w Uczelni opracowaniu standardów związanych z dydaktyką na Uczelni w stosunku do OzN z zachowaniem wysokiego poziomu kształcenia praktycznego wdrożeniu narzędzi i systemów informatycznych usprawniających funkcjonowanie OzN w ramach procesu dydaktycznego na studiach w Uczelni oraz funkcjonowania OzN w murach Uczelni przeprowadzeniu cyklu szkoleń skierowanych do kadry uczelni w celu podnoszenia świadomości i kompetencji z zakresu niepełnosprawności zniwelowaniu barier dostępności w procesie edukacji dla studentów z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez utworzenie stanowiska ds. dostępności uczelni. W ramach projektu Uczelnia postanowiła zniwelować istniejące w jednym z jej budynków bariery architektoniczne, które na chwilę obecną znacząco utrudniają dostęp do rektoratu i dziekanatu Uczelni, a także ograniczają możliwości dostania się do części sal dydaktycznych, co ma przełożyć się na zapewnienie dostępności uczelni i jej oferty dla studentów z niepełnosprawnościami. Planowane nowe stanowisko pracy specjalisty ds. dostępności uczelni będzie koordynować liczne działania zmierzające do zmian organizacyjnych w Uczelni uwzględniających potrzeby OzN m.in poprzez opracowanie regulaminów, instrukcji, procedur wewnętrznych w Uczelni, świadczenie doradztwa, wsparcia merytorycznego oraz organizowanie i realizację cyklu szkoleń i in. W efekcie projekt przyczyni się do poprawy dostępności szkolnictwa wyższego oraz wsparcia zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienia kompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego.
The main objective of the project is to make the CPSU fully accessible to the needs of people with disabilities in accordance with the mini standard in the period until the end of 2022. The university plans to implement the concept of adjusting to the needs of the disabled in a multidimensional way, taking into account the didactic, architectural, integration and mental aspects. The project envisages support for organisational changes and raising awareness and competence of the university staff in the field of disability through implementation of measures aimed at ensuring accessibility of the university in terms of communication, administered websites, IT tools, internal procedures in higher education, introduction of modifications to educational programmes to ensure their accessibility for students with disabilities and measures in the field of architectural accessibility. This will be achieved, among others. This will be achieved, among others, thanks to adaptation works in the University's architecture and infrastructure, development of the University's website taking into account the WCAG principles, including the information related to the offer directed to the disabled in a consolidated form, as a substructure, development of strategy of activities of the whole student community towards integration of disabled student at the University development of standards connected with didactics at the University towards NON-disabled students, maintaining high level of practical education implementation of tools and IT systems improving functioning of NON-disabled students within the didactic process at the University and functioning of NON-disabled students within the University walls carrying out series of trainings for the staff of the University in order to raise awareness and competences in the scope of disability leveling accessibility barriers in the process of education for students with disabilities through creation of a position for NON-disabled students The university's accessibility. As part of the project, the university has decided to remove the existing architectural barriers in one of its buildings, which currently significantly impede access to the Rector's Office and the Dean's Office of the university, as well as limiting access to some teaching halls, which is expected to translate into ensuring the accessibility of the university and its offer for students with disabilities. The planned new position of HEI accessibility specialist will coordinate numerous activities aimed at organisational changes at the HEI, taking into account the needs of the disabled, e.g. through the development of regulations, instructions, internal procedures at the HEI, provision of advice, substantive support and organisation and implementation of a series of training courses, etc. In effect, the project will contribute to the improvement of accessibility to higher education and support for organisational changes and increasing competences of staff in the higher education system.
